Granola

Here's a recipe I made for my kids yesterday. This morning they just ate the last of it. Fruity Granola I was just thinking of my neices and nephews.


1/2 butter
1/3 cups sugar
2/3 cups Jam or Jelly
4 1/2 cups oats
Melt butter with jam and sugar. Stir untill smooth. Add oats and mix well
Spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool and chunk up. May add nuts and dried fruits after cooled. Store in dry area. Serve on top of yogurt for a nice balanced breakfast. So yummy.Ron even liked it. Ha Ha
